Sue's Yoga
About Sue
Sue trained at the Atlas Studio's Teacher-Training course in Kitchener, On. under the tutelage of Denise Davis-Gains and graduated from the prestigous 200-hour course.
Because of Denise's expertise and eclectic knowledge of many different types and styles of yoga, Sue considers herself a "Classic Eclectic Hatha Yoga student and teacher," integrating many styles to make a user-friendly, safe, holistic and creative mix, including Ashtanga Iyengar, Vinyasa. She particularly likes emphasizing Kripalu techniques, as she feels the Kripalu methodology reaches out to people of all ages, stages, body types and life experiences. The modifications that Sue uses constantly in her classes will adapt yoga so that it works to suit you.
You will notice that Sue constantly asks that you listen to your body and what it is telling you in each and every session. Some days yoga will be easier than others. Be kind, forgiving and patient, and good things will happen to your body, mind and soul. Sue has been a qualified, experienced elementary school teacher since 1982 and has been a long-term resident of Saugeen Shores. She will enthusiastically pursue her study and practice of yoga with as much continuing education as possible.
Namaste.

But even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there. Take the first step.
Whatever you undertake, do it with full intent to succeed. Cynicism fails itself. Stick to your path, facing difficulties with positive humour.
Concentrate, proceed, and succeed."
