Welcome to Sue's Yoga
Saugeen Shores, Ontario

Sue has been teaching many different types of yoga classes from young children to seniors.  Certified by Atlas Studios in Kitchener (200 hours, Denise Davis-Gains), Sue is looking forward to becoming a member of FOYT in the near future.  Elements of many different styles of yoga are taught in Sue's classes, an interesting, customized mix of Kripalu, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Iyengar.  Classes are for students of all ages and stages and abilities.  Everyone can practise from 5 to 7 year olds, learning all kinds of animal poses, to senior citizens, with limited mobility and arthritis, sitting in chairs.  (chair yoga is taught in one local seniors' centre)
